How long does shipping take for office supplies?

We offer several shipping options to meet your business needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

    Most orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same business day. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or for remote locations.
What are your shipping rates?

Our shipping rates are competitive and straightforward:

  • Free shipping on orders over $10
  • $5 for standard shipping on orders under $10

Business account customers receive discounted shipping rates. Volume discounts are available for large orders.

What paper weights do you carry?

We stock a comprehensive range of paper types and weights suitable for all business applications:

  • Copy Paper: 20lb (standard), 24lb (premium)
  • Cardstock: 65lb, 80lb, 100lb
  • Resume Paper: 32lb premium cotton
  • Specialty Papers: Glossy photo paper, matte presentation paper, recycled content paper
  • Cover Stock: 60lb to 120lb for brochures and reports

Most papers are available in letter (8.5" x 11"), legal (8.5" x 14"), and tabloid (11" x 17") sizes.

Returns & Policies
What is your return policy for office supplies?

We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy:

  • Unopened and unused items: Full refund to original payment method,refund Shipping not included
  • Opened items in resellable condition: Exchange or store credit
  • Special order and custom items: May have different return policies (clearly stated at purchase)

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number. Business account customers have dedicated return processing.

Can I return ?

Our product return policy is designed for customer satisfaction:

  • Unopened : Can be returned within 30 days for a full refund
  • Opened : Can only be returned if defective - we'll provide a replacement
  • Defective cartridges: Report within 14 days of receipt for free replacement

For  returns, please keep the original packaging and include a note explaining the issue.
